See mailing address on Page 7 of these instructions. Note: If you have an approved or pending Form I-360, you must include a copy of the Form I-797C which shows that your Form I-360 was accepted. Justification for the form revisions

On October 13, 2010, the ninth circuit court issued a mandate vacating the injunction in Ruiz-Diaz class action litigation halting the acceptance of concurrently filed Form I-360 religious worker category with the Form I-485. Consequently, revision to the Form I-485 instructions is necessary to comply with the court order.
