The collection will support the FAA’s information needs by requiring – (1) procedures for performing risk assessments and additional weather planning prior to each flight; and (2) training for medical personnel on board helicopter air ambulance flights. The changes are intended to provide certificate holders and pilots with additional tools and procedures that would aid in reducing accidents.
