Justification: Non-substantive Change to VISTA Concept Paper

The Corporation for National and Community Service/AmeriCorps VISTA is requesting a modification to its Concept Paper instructions and application due to changes in the Serve America Act which requires us to track projects against the new Focus Areas and geographic indicators. The changes are non-substantive in that we are adding a small number of check boxes that will impose negligible additional burden on our potential project sponsors.
