Abstract: FCC Form 603 is used to identify the parties to propose assignment or transfers, establish the parties' eligibility and qualification, classify the filing and determine the nature of proposed service. Various schedules are required with the main form applicable to Auctioned Services, Partitioning and Disaggregation, Undefined Geographic Area Partitioning, Notification of Consummation or Request for Extension of Time for Consummation. This will also be used to notify the FCC of consummated assignments and transfers previously approved by the Commission or which did not require prior notification.

Short Statement: The Commission is reporting a significant decrease in the number of responses, burden hours and annual costs. This is due to 30,304 fewer respondents. Therefore, the total annual burden and annual costs have been reduced due to re-calculations of the estimated number of responses.
