The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) is doing a survey to learn more about the health of those who lived or worked at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune or Camp Pendleton. ATSDR is a public health agency within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This project is paid for by the Navy and the Marine Corps and will begin when ATSDR sends you a health survey in about two weeks.

I am fully committed to this important project and strongly encourage you to participate. The more surveys that are filled out and sent back, the more reliable the results of the survey will be. Your participation is essential for this project’s success.

ATSDR is a public health agency within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). ATSDR is doing a survey to learn more about the health of those who lived or worked at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune or Camp Pendleton.
