A
non-substantive change is needed in the assessment
instrument for our research Web Based Training for Pain Management
Providers (NIDA). We request permission to change a number of
questions. The changes correct typos and other errors, improve
question clarity and quality, and replace language that has changed
in the field since the questions were first written. We limited the
changes to words and made no change in the number of questions or
length of the questions and thus there is no change in the impact on
the research subject.
I am re-sending the copies of the
complete application. Please note that only Attachment 5 has changed.
