Application for A,G, or NATO Visa
The Passport Office, CA/VO, desires to discontinue the paper version of Form DS-1648, Application for A,G, or NATO Visa. The paper version has been replaced by the recently approved electronic version of the same form.
CA/VO allowed for a transition time period so the public could adjust to the change to the electronic version. As of the end of February, paper versions of this form will no longer be accepted.
This discontinuance does not change any burden numbers.
Please discontinue the paper version as of 2/29/2008.
