implementationof a Motor Carrier SafetyAssistanceProgramas describedin the CommercialVehicle SafetyPlan.

The Federal share of the approvedcostsincurred by die State shall not exceed80 percentunlessodierwiaeauthorized.
The State herebyagreesto: (I) carry out the provisionsof the Motor Carrier SafetyAssistanceProgramas describedin
the applicationin a manneracceptableto the FMCSA, (2) submit to the FMCSA quarterly reportscovering the progress
of the project and describingthe resultsand the impact of the project in reducingthe commercialmotor carrier accident
rate. (3) maintainaccurateand auditablerecordsto supportthe costsincurred. (4) submit the final claim within 90 days
after the project is completed.and (S) comply with the provisionsset forth on the reversehereof.
This agreement is subject to termination by the withdrawal of approval of the State Plan in accordance with Section 402

of the STAA. The Stateagreesto give the FederalMotor Carrier SafetyAdministration at least90 daysnotice of its
intention to terminate this agreement.
