The Uniform Progress Report (UPR) for
HRSA Continuation Training Grants is an annual progress report
required from each health professions and nursing education
grantees who has an approved, funded project with a project period
of more than one year. The report is required to determine the
extent to which objectives of the project have been met so that a
decision regarding continuation funding can be made.
