This submission is considered a revision of an existing collection, as the information requirements of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) are currently approved under OMB # 1215-0003 (prior OMB # 1215-0188) with an expiration date of September 30, 2011. (The one LMRDA report form not included in the information collection renewal is the pre-2007 Form LM-30, which is approved under OMB # 1245-0002 (formerly 1215-0205.)) The currently approved collection includes Forms LM-1, LM-2, LM-3, LM-4, LM-10, LM-15, LM-15A, LM-16, LM-20, LM-21, 2007 LM-30, T-1, and S-1. As part of this revision, the Department is seeking to remove one item of this information collection (the Form T-1) and amend another (the Form LM-2), due to the Final Rule rescinding the Form T-1, as well as returning to the Form LM-2 the reporting of entities that are wholly owned, controlled, and financed by the labor organization (i.e. subsidiary organizations).
