The burden (respondents/responses/burden hours) remains unchanged. The PROGRAM CHANGE associated with rulemaking USCG-2008-1088 [RIN 1625-AB28] was previously approved by OMB on 29 Jan 2010. That approval had Terms of Clearance that stated—“Any rule which proposes a change to (or addition of) information collections associated with this information collection should include reference to this information collection package (and associated OMB control number) in the preamble of the rule. The ICRs associated with the proposed rules discussed in the supporting statement should be submitted to OMB when each of the final rules (referenced in the supporting statement) are submitted for OMB review.” (emphasis added) This submission is in responses to that requirement.
