Under 27 CFR 555.54, ATF requires
notification of any change of address of a licensees or permittees
business or operations to the Chief, Firearms and Explosives
Licensing Center at least 10 days before the change. The purpose of
this collection is to require explosives permittees and licensees
to notify ATF of a change in mailing or business premise
address.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
