were met. PBGC uses information submitted to determine whether the
requirements were met.
The cost burden of this
collection of information has decreased from $9,756 to $6,700 and
the hour burden has decreased from 8 to 5 hours due to a decrease
in the estimated number of transactions from 35 to 20 per
year.
