Prior to implementing any new export assistance services suggested in responses to this survey, ITA will conduct additional studies to provide actionable information to demonstrate the efficacy of any proposed solutions.

ITA units must have a tool that provides feedback on their customers' satisfaction with their products and services. This information will be used by individual offices to improve the quality and delivery of ITA products and services.

Joint ITA/EDA Trade Mission will allow community organizations to join U.S companies to explore opportunities to increase exports and attract foreign direct investment in the United States during a U.S. Department of Commerce-led trade mission. The questionnaire will be conducted in order to obtain experience feedback. Estimated 250 respondents x 10 minutes per response = 42 hours.
