If so, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the
NationalHemophilia Foundation (NHF) would like you to participate in
a telephone group conversation about your experiences living with a
bleeding disorder. These group discussions are scheduled to take place in
April and May. All you need is a phone and a computer.
To see if you qualify to participate in one of these dynamic group
discussions and receive $50, call 1-800-888-9999. Participants also have
a chance to win an IPod Touch.
