The application is used by insurance
brokers to register with Ex-Im Bank. The application provides Ex-Im
Bank staff with the information necessary to make a determination
of the eligibility of the applicant for the insurance
program.
The Export Import Bank
is requesting OMB approve an Emergency Submission for six (6)
months to allow the Bank to revise the current Broker Registration
Form to eliminate a question of a sensitive nature and to revise
the burden for both the Public and the Government. A Emergency
Submission Federal Register Notice was published on Friday,
2-11-11, Federal Register Vol 76 Number 29. Once OMB has approved
this Emergency Submission the Bank will begin the normal ICR
approval process and publish the 60 and 30 day comment Federal
Register notices.
