This information collection
reflects an increase in annual cost burden from $74,000 to $102,025

decreased from 371 to 159 (-212). This decrease is due to data
being entered into ROCIS incorrectly with the previous submission
to OMB.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
