NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION 3060-0110, FCC Form 303-S

The Federal Communication Commission is seeking a non-substantive change request for information collection 3060-0110 (Form 303-S). The Commission experienced technical difficulties when trying to add a shaping out option for noncommercial respondents on page 3, Section II, Question 7 of FCC Form 303-S. Since these technical problems have occurred, the Commission now has to add a N/A (not applicable) option for noncommercial respondents to select when addressing Question 7.
