Non-substantive Change Request for Collection 3060-0386
The Commission is requesting a non-substantive change request to collection 3060-0386. The Commission inadvertently stated the incorrect rule section in its previous submission to OMB. With this non-substantive change request the Commission is correcting the impacted rule section from 47 CFR 73.788 to 47 CFR 74.788 in paragraph one of the supporting statement and also the title. There are no other changes to this information collection but the correction in the impacted rule section.
