School Coordinator Assistance:
For both the 2010-2011 Fall and the Spring ECLS-K collection there will be assistance provided by school coordinators. These are school staff members who help organize the logistics for the assessment visit – but do not complete a study instrument. These school individuals do five tasks (organizational and clerical) that help with implementing the study at the school. These efforts account for 9,720 burden hours.
The letters to the School Coordinators (for the Fall and Spring) can be found in the Appendix H supplementary letters and further help to explain the tasks that they will be asked to perform.
