JUSTIFICATION
The National Hospital Discharge Survey, conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics since 1965, has received OMB approval to expand its content and to change its name. It will now be known as the National Hospital Care Survey. Thus we would like to change the official name of the survey in the ROCIS system.
