The purpose of this memorandum is to request a non-substantive change in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Form FNS-46 included in the Information Collection Request (ICR) OMB Control No. 0584-0080 expiration date 3/31/2014.

FNS is requesting to change line item # 7 from “Disaster SNAP issuance this month”

to “Returns during current month” and inserted instructions on page 2 of the Form FNS-46.

The currently approved form and the proposed form are attached for your review.
