This change request is to merge OMB Control Number 0694-0129 (Export and Reexport Controls for Iraq) into OMB Control Number 0694-0088 (Simple Network Application Process and Multipurpose Application Form). OMB Cont. No. 0694-0129 consists entirely of specific supporting documentation for an export license, such as a complete description of the Iraqi reconstruction project, parties involved, financing, and assurances that the commodities exported from the U.S. will not be used for purposes prohibited under the Export Administration Regulations. OMB Cont. No. 0694-0088 already has the supporting documentation request for an export license, as part of its requirement and would eliminate duplicative information.
