NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION 3060-0106

The Federal Communication Commission is seeking a non-substantive change request for information collection 3060-0106. The Commission would like to inform OMB and the public that the Commission is now seeking approval to allow the electronic filing of letter notifications covered under 47 CFR 43.61(a)(1) from carriers via email. The letter notifications are currently submitted to the Commission via mail. The electronic submissions will prevent the letter notifications from getting misplaced when being mailed to the Commission. The Commission believes this process will be easier and more convenient for the public. There is no change in burden or cost for this information collection.
