Abstract: Talent Search and Educational Opportunity Centers grantees are required to submit an Annual Performance Report (APR). The APR provides the Department of Education with information needed to evaluate a grantee's performance and compliance with program requirements and to award prior experience points in accordance with the program regulations. The data collection is also aggregated to provide national information on project participants and program outcomes.
