The package will also include a prepaid Verizon cell phone. The Census Bureau is sending you this cell phone because we could not obtain a phone number to contact your household. We ask that you use this cell phone to contact our telephone center toll-free to participate in this survey.

Details about the cell phone and its purpose will be included with the cell phone package.
