FORCS VOICEMAIL AND OUTBOUND IVR MESSAGES

FORCS voicemail message

You have reached the voice mailbox for FORCS, the Food Reporting Comparison Study sponsored by your health center and the National Institutes of Health. If you have a question about the study or your participation, please leave a message at the tone. Please include your name and the telephone number at which you can be reached and the study coordinator will call you back as soon as possible.  If you are interested in finding out if you are eligible to participate in FORCS, please visit the study website at www.FoodReportStudy.Gov and enter the Special Study Code that was included in the invitation letter you received from your health center. Thank you for your interest in FORCS.
