Description of major changes

1. References to the branded prescription drug fee are being added to "(a)" in the opening, and lines 1, 3 and 6.
2. The word "tax" is being replaced with payment on line 3.
Instructions will be circulated at a later date. We are currently awaiting guidance from Counsel that will affect the instructions.
