The change in burden hours is an ADJUSTMENT. There is no proposed change to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of this collection. However, minor revisions were made to the methodology for calculating burden to simplify the analysis (details below).
The following listed below are changes to the collection:
Increase in burden (respondents/responses/burden hours) is due to a change in the vessel population (increase in respondents (+11), responses (+256), burden hours (+188)).
The methodology for calculating burden was revised in 2 ways—(a) rounding to whole numbers, and (b) changing the method of calculating to one based on the current gas carrier population, vice a fixed number.
Updates are provided for cost burden associated with this collection of information.
