Subject: public comment on federal register W: we have to stop taxing americans to pay for this crap advertising


tobacco use is a l950 project. this is 2011. tobacco is legal in the usa. i do not think general taxpayers should be taxed for this wasteful survey. there is absolutely no need to gather information on this subject. this is a boondoggle project to make work for fat cat washington bureaucrats so they can do nothing all day long. this needs to be shut down. the budget for this project needs to be set to zero.
