INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN EGRP COMMUNICATIONS SURVEY
The Epidemiology and Genomics Research Program (EGRP) in the National Cancer lnstitute's (NCl) Division
of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS) invites its FRIENDS-OF-NCI-EGRP-LISTSERV
subscribers to complete a brief survey. The purpose of this survey is to assess the usefulness of the
approaches used tó communicate with you and the value of information shared. Your constructive feedback
wilì allow us to identify opportunities and further develop our materials to better meet your information needs
related to cancer epidemiology and genomics research'
The EGRP Communications Survey consists of no more than 18 questions and willtake approximately 10
minutes to complete. To access the survey, click the link below or cut and paste the entire URL into your
browser:

This survey will remain open until Month XX, 2OXX (lnsert date upon receipt of OMB approval - will be open
for at least two weeks after invitation sent). No personal information will be collected, and the information you
provide will be kept secure to the extent provided by law. Only aggregated results (no individual level data) will
be available to EGRP staff.
