Subject: Bundled Generic Sub-Studies for:
OMB Numbers: 0925-0642-20, -21, and -22
This is a bundled generic sub-study submission of three website usability testing projects. All involve participants who would be involved with the use of the website as part of their work and who will be asked to volunteer by NCI using email. All have participants who have a choice of testing the website remotely or in the lab so all have two types of consent forms. Similar in-lab and remote consent forms are used in each test. The format of the testing is also similar with an introduction to the website and of the participant, a series of tasks that occur on the website, and follow-up questions about the usability experience.
The key to understanding the attachments and files in ICRAS/ROCIS is as listed below.

Notes to OMB: The total requested responses and burden was calculated by taking the sum for the five sub-studies to account for the total in ICRAS. Types of respondents primarily include Individuals, and some the Public Sector (Non-Profits), and State and local government staff. However because of the limitations of ICRAS, only “Individuals or Households” is checked. A detailed description of the respondents is included in each request.
