Subject: Generic Sub-Study OMB No.: 0925-0642-24 (OCS)
Based on OMB’s comments, corrections to generic sub-study titled, “Needs Assessment for the NCI Office of Cancer Survivorship’s Web site (OCS)” has been made. In summary, OMB stated that some respondents were informed of the incentive while others were not.
As the original submission stated, the general public who attended the website usability testing in person, would receive an incentive of $40. And the professionals (researcher, advocates, and health professionals) who participated remotely would receive an incentive of $25.
To correct this inconsistent information, the following revisions were made:
Attachment 1 (Screener for Public) – added “$40 as a token of appreciation for your time and travel.”
Attachment 2 (Recruit Email for Professionals) – added “$25 as a token of appreciation for your time.”
Attachment 7 (Email Reminder for Public) – added “$40 as a token of appreciation for your time and travel.”
We appreciate your feedback and request that this submission be re-reviewed. Thanks.
