Collection in Use without OMB Approval
The SSA-187 and SSA-188, Incoming and Outgoing Intergovernmental Personnel Act Assignment Agreement forms are currently in use without an OMB number. We discovered this inadvertent violation of the Paperwork Reduction Act in August 2011, and we compiled this Information Collection Request to correct the lack of OMB approval.
