Old Language: My toll-free telephone number is 1-800-(fill-in).
New Language: My toll-free telephone number is (fill-in).
Justification 1: We are removing reference to the 1-800 numbers, because several regional reviewers’ toll-free numbers are not 800 numbers. The change will allow regional reviewers to type their specific toll-free number without making strikeouts in the letter.
Change 2: We are changing Form SSA-9308 to SSA-L2937
Justification 2: This change is per the Forms Management Team’s request.
