Note to Reviewer of 1220-0141

OMB approved the data collection of Cognitive and Psychological Research on February 15, 2006, with the following terms of clearance.

“TERMS OF CLEARANCE: This collection is approved for an additional three years with the following terns of clearance: (1) BLS has agreed to follow the process described in section B5 of the supporting statement when submitting individual collections for approval; (2) BLS has agreed to continue to provide annual summary reports of all projects conducted under this clearance and will include the results from projects begun but not completed in the prior year’s report; and (3) BLS has agreed not to use this clearance for large scale field tests for new or existing surveys.”

(1) BLS has complied with terms B5 of the supporting statement. The package is now a generic package and ICs are submitted as generic.

(2) BLS has provided the annual reports as requested.

(3) BLS does not use this clearance for large-scale field tests for new or existing surveys.
