Abstract: The CoC Check-up Tool enhances each CoC's awareness of their capacity to assume new responsibilities outlined in the McKinney-Vento ACT, as amended by HEARTH Act. Communities will self-identify and prioritize areas where improvement is needed. HUD will use aggregate information of assess and target technical assistance needs, prepare for training conferences, develop sample tools and templates, guidebooks, webinars to help communities plan the transition.
