1. Place frozen samples inside ziplock bag

2. Place 2 frozen Polar Packs on bottom of insulated shipper

3. Place bag of samples on top of Polar Packs

4. Place remaining frozen Polar Pack on top of samples

5. Place Styrofoam lid on shipper

6. Close cardboard flaps and seal all edges with packing tape
