Revisions to the Collection Instrument:

Regulation sections 404.1214 (agreement for coverage), 404.1272 (refund or recomputation of

overpayments which are not adjustable--for wages paid prior to 1987), and 404.1292 (How to

request review for wages paid prior to 1987.) have less than 10 respondents. Therefore, we

are not listing these sections of the regulation under information collections.

We have removed the following regulations sections where we had placed a 1-hour place holder burden because they are cleared through Internal Revenue Service (IRS) information collections, using IRS Forms W-2 and W-2c. The 1-hour place holder practice for this activity is no longer required by OMB.
