My name is ______________. I am calling on behalf of the Bureau of Labor Statistics in reference to the Bureau’s Green Goods and Services survey.

First, we want to thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. We are calling you now to find out what you thought of the survey, and if you have any suggestions for improving it. Your participation is completely voluntary and you can decline to answer any question at any time. This call is being recorded for quality assurance purposes. The Bureau of Labor Statistics, its employees, agents, and partner statistical agencies, will hold the information in confidence to the full extent permitted by law in accordance with the Confidential Information Protection and Statistical Efficiency Act of 2002 and other applicable federal laws. Your responses will not be disclosed in identifiable form without your informed consent.
