Summary of Changes
This submission is for 2011 Form 1120-F (Schedule H) and its instructions.
Form 1120-F (Schedule H) is filed by foreign corporations that are engaged (or treated as engaged) in a trade or
business within the United States at any time during the tax year.
At the request of LB&I, we have added new line 1b, which requires filers of Form 1120-F (Schedule H) to identify the
accounting convention used by the foreign corporation to compute line 1a (Total expenses on the books of the home
office).
This change has been approved by Associate Chief Counsel (International).
We estimate no changes in the number for filers of the Form 1120-F (Schedule H) for tax year 2011 and we expect
minimal changes to burden hours.
