ACTION:

The Department of Homeland
Security, U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) will be
submitting the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and clearance in accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995. The information collection was
previously published in the Federal
Register on May 19, 2011, at 76 FR
28800, allowing for a 60-day public
comment period. USCIS received one
comment for this information collection.
The purpose of this notice is to allow
an additional 30 days for public
comments. Comments are encouraged
and will be accepted until August 31,
2011. This process is conducted in
accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.

ACTION: Notice of final determination.
AGENCY:

This document provides
notice that U.S. Customs and Border
Protection (‘‘CBP’’) has issued a final
determination concerning the country of
origin of a certain patient transport
chair. Based upon the facts presented,
CBP has concluded in the final
determination that the U.S. is the
country of origin of the patient transport
chair for purposes of U.S. government
procurement.
DATE: The final determination was
issued on July 26, 2011. A copy of the
final determination is attached. Any
party-at-interest, as defined in 19 CFR
177.22(d), may seek judicial review of
this final determination on or before
August 31, 2011.
