2011 Estimated Peak Day Capacity Report
Dear Ms. Bose:
Pursuant to 18 CFR 284.13(d)(2) of the Commission’s Regulations, Maritimes &
Northeast Pipeline, L.L.C. (“Maritimes”) submits herewith its Annual Peak Day Capacity Report.
Maritimes estimates that its current Peak Day Capacity is approximately 847,259 Dth/day,
although operationally available capacity exists from time to time that may permit Maritimes to
exceed a throughput quantity of 847,259 Dth on some days. Maritimes notes, however, that it is
authorized to provide firm transportation service up to 833,317 Dth/day on a year-round basis.
