providers of broadband Internet access
service to publicly disclose accurate
information regarding the network
management practices, performance,
and commercial terms of their
broadband Internet access services
sufficient for consumers to make
informed choices regarding use of such
services and for content, application,
service, and device providers to
develop, market, and maintain Internet
offerings. The rules ensure transparency
and continued Internet openness, while
making clear that broadband providers
can manage their networks effectively.
The Commission anticipates that due to
the extent and nature of their services
small entities may have less of a burden
and larger entities may have more of a
burden than the average compliance
burden.

spending. Although panelists are not

Topics of
the Meeting: The Panel is specifically
charged with discussing and possibly
making recommendations to the
Medicare Trustees on how the Trustees
might more accurately project health
spending in the United States. The
discussion is expected to focus on
highly technical aspects of estimation
involving economics and actuarial
science. Panelists are not restricted,
however, in the topics that they choose
to discuss.
Procedure and Agenda: This meeting
is open to the public. The Panel will
likely hear presentations by panel
members and HHS staff regarding long
range projection methods and
assumptions. After any presentations,
the Panel will deliberate openly on the
topic. Interested persons may observe
the deliberations, but the Panel will not
hear public comments during this time.
The Panel will also allow an open
