Manual, Version 1.0
The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) issued its Voting System Test
Laboratory Program Manual for a 60-day public comment period on July 5, 2011 (76 FR
39080). The Voting System Test Laboratory Program Manual was posted for a 30-day
period on September 16, 2011 (76 FR 57723). The EAC received no comments during
the 60-day comment period; the Manual was submitted to OMB for renewal on
September 16, 2011 prior to the close of the 30-day comment period.
