The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), with the assistance of Altarum Institute, is conducting some important research regarding the use of laboratory medicine in patient care. We are requesting your help to participate in a survey that will help us improve the utilization of laboratory medicine in primary care settings and promote better outcomes for patients.
