As required by Sections 13, 101(a)(10), 106 and 626 of the Rehabilitation Act, the data are submitted annually by State Vocational Rehabilitation agencies. The data contain personal and program-related characteristics, including economic outcomes of persons with disabilities whose service records are closed. The information is used to compute agency performance on standards and indicators mandated by section 106 of the Act as well as to assess agency performance on other evaluative measures used in monitoring of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) grantees and for other program and research purposes.
