Publication of “Operating Instructions for Implementing the Amendments to the Trade Act of 1974 Enacted by the Trade Adjustment Assistance Extension Act of 2011”
ETA seeks OMB approval to publish a Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) clarifying the information collection responsibilities of State Workforce Agencies under the Trade Act, as amended in October 2011. This TEGL does not materially change the information collection requirements nor alter the currently approved public burden estimate for this collection.
