To address inconsistencies in
prior computations, changes were made to the burden which resulted
in an increase of 11,213,604 burden hours. There was also an
Adjustment in Agency Estimates of the number of responses for Form
1099-R. This adjustment in the number of responses added an
additional 9,329,464 burden hours, resulting in an overall increase
of 20,543,068 burden hours.
