The Commission estimates that
on average approximately 10 business development companies file
Form N-54C each year. The Commission further estimates that this
information collection imposes a burden of one hour, which results
in a total annual PRA burden of 10 hours, representing a decrease
of two hours per year. The decrease in burden hours for Form N-54C
is attributable to a decrease in the number of estimated
respondents per year from 12 to 10. There is no change in the
estimated cost for burden for outside professionals associated with
the collection of data relating to Form N-54C, because the
Commission estimates these costs to be minimal.
